OffPlanTownhouse tracks off-plan townhouses in Dubai and the wider UAE. It exists because the townhouse is the most misrepresented product in Dubai property marketing, and because the numbers attached to it are usually repeated rather than checked.
What this site does
We track townhouse projects across the communities where they are actually being built, and record for each one what the developer publishes, what a portal publishes, and what nobody publishes at all. Every figure on the site carries the source it came from and the date it was read. Where a figure cannot be sourced, the site says “awaiting verification” rather than filling the gap.
What this site will not do
- Publish a yield, a guaranteed return or an appreciation forecast.
- Present a project’s cheapest apartment as a townhouse price.
- List a project because a competitor lists it, without confirming it at source.
- Describe an announced amenity as though it already exists.
How we make money
We work with buyers directly and with developers and their authorised agents. That is a commercial relationship, and you should read everything here with that in mind. It is also why the sourcing rules above are written down: the only thing that makes a site like this worth reading is that the figures hold up when you check them.
