If something here is wrong, we would rather know than not.

How to report an error

Email the page address and the figure you believe is incorrect, with a source if you have one, through the contact page. Reports from developers and their authorised agents about their own projects are acted on first.

What happens next

  • A factual error is corrected and the verification date on that section is updated.
  • Where a correction changes something a reader may have acted on — a price band, a handover window, a sales status — the change is noted on the page rather than made silently.
  • Where a figure turns out to be unverifiable, it is removed and replaced with “awaiting verification”.

What we will not do

We do not remove accurate information because it is unflattering, and we do not add a figure to a project because a seller has asked us to. If a developer publishes nothing, the site will keep saying so.
