What we collect when you use this site, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

The shortlist form asks for a name, a phone or WhatsApp number, and optionally a budget and bedroom preference. We use those details to respond to your enquiry and to send the property information you asked for. We do not sell them.

Information collected automatically

Standard web server logs, and analytics that record which pages are visited and how people arrive. This is used to understand which pages are useful.

Sharing

Where you ask for details of a specific project, your enquiry may be passed to the developer or their authorised agent so they can respond. We will tell you when that happens.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting transaction. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, through the contact page.
